Exclusion Criteria

Poor echo window

Pregnant women

Previous known anatomical or functional cardiac dysfunction

Known case of Cor pulmonale, COPD.

To assess the association of echo parameters with the <br/ ><br>length of ICU stay, duration of mechanical ventilation, association with delta sofa <br/ ><br>score and 3-month mortality. To also assess which echocardiogram parameters is <br/ ><br>better predictor of mortality.Timepoint: follow up till 3 months
