Poor echo window
Pregnant women
Previous known anatomical or functional cardiac dysfunction
Known case of Cor pulmonale, COPD.

Name Time Method To assess the ability of TAPSE and MAPSE in predicting the <br/ ><br>30th -day outcome in patients with sepsis / septic shockTimepoint: 30th day and at completion of 3rd month
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the association of echo parameters with the <br/ ><br>length of ICU stay, duration of mechanical ventilation, association with delta sofa <br/ ><br>score and 3-month mortality. To also assess which echocardiogram parameters is <br/ ><br>better predictor of mortality.Timepoint: follow up till 3 months
