Inclusion Criteria

Patients with less than 15 degrees of knee joint flexion contracture and more than 5 degrees varus of the hip-knee-ankle(HKA) angle

Exclusion Criteria

-Patients who have undergone bone surgery such as a previous fracture
-Patients with lateral knee joint arthritis
-Patients with moderate to severe arthritis of the femoral patella joint
-Patients with systemic inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatism
-Arthritis due to infection, osteonecrosis.
-Stroke, Parkinson's patients
