1. Aged 18-80 years old;
2. ASA class of 1-2;
3. BMI 18-30kg/m2;
4. Voluntary informed consent;
5. Open surgery under general anesthesia, with an estimated time of 1-6 hours;
6. Patients or his/her relatives have normal comprehension ability and can cooperate with pain evaluation or fill in the questionnaire.
1. Patients with central nervous system diseases, unable to communicate or with mental disorders;
2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease or cardiac insufficiency;
3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Patients with contraindications of percutaneous acupoint thread embedding, such as local skin injury, infection, etc;
5. Patients with acupuncture syncope reaction or fear of acupuncture treatment;
6. Patients with drug addiction, alcohol addiction or long-term use of analgesics for chronic pain;
7. Patients with HGB < 90 g/L;
8. Patients in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to being enrolled in the study.
