Inclusion Criteria
Patients with pseudoexfoliation advised for phacoemulsification surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
(a) previous vitreo-retinal surgery
(b) previous history of trauma to eyes
(c) other causes of zonular weakness except that due to pseudoexfoliation
