Inclusion Criteria
1. All diagnosed patients of CSU > 12 years
2. Patients of CSU who are not responding to the conventional dose of oral
antihistamine
3. Patients who are willing to come for phototherapy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have history of phtosentivity, photoallergy, family or
self-history of any cutaneous tumor.
2. Patients who are not willing to come for phototherapy
3. Patient with history of food or drug allergy
4. Patients of physical urticaria
5. Patients with history of angioedema
6. Pregnant females
