Inclusion Criteria

Age >= 18 years;

- Being partner of an cancer patient or cancer survivor;

Exclusion Criteria

- Severe scores on either HADS-A (>=15) or CES-D (>=39);

- Receiving current psychological or psychopharmacological treatment within the last three months;

Primary Outcome Measures

Psychological distress (depression, anxiety and) and positive mental health.<br><br>Change 27-feb-2015: Psychological distress is the primary outcome and is measured with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (was psychological distress (measured with HADS anxiety subscale and CES-D) and positive mental health measured with the MHC-SF).
