To evaluate the efficacy of Tumescent anaesthesia in simple breast surgeries in terms of surgical anaesthesia efficacy and post operative analgesic duration by using tumescent solution containing Ropivacaine, Lignocaine, Adrenaline, Soda bicarbonate, Hyaluronidase for simple breast surgeries.

入选标准
- •ASA Grade 1 & 2
- •Age not less than 15 years and not more than 50 years
- •Elective surgeries
- •Operable breast surgeries
- •Patient giving valid informed consent.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •ASA Grade 3 & 4
- •Age less than 15 years and more than 50 years
- •Carcinoma breast
- •Local infection at puncture site
- •Patient with ischaemic and rheumatic heart diseases
- •Patient with coagulation defects and on anti coagulants
- •Patients with neuromuscular disorder
- •Patients allergic to local anaesthetic drugs.
