Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Students with native German language skills who are in the Psychotherapy master's program at the University of Lübeck and are interested in a research internship with accompanying ACT training in the form of ACT for Health; To carry out the research internship, the formal requirements for carrying out the research internship required for the degree program must be fulfilled
Exclusion Criteria
- •Students who, despite meeting the inclusion criteria, have no opportunity to regularly participate in the ACT for Health training
