Inclusion Criteria
1)Diagnosed cases of Non-progressive neurodevelopmental disorders.
2)Should have attained head control.
3)Medically stable.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Children with lower extremity fixed deformities.
2)Unstable cardiopulmonary conditions like arrhythmias, congenital heart diseases, cystic fibrosis.
3)History of uncontrolled seizures.
4)History of orthopedic surgeries in past 6 months.
5)Use of medications to control spasticity, including a baclofen pump or botulinum toxin injections in past 6 months.
6)Weight more than 40kg
7)Pain, wound or discomfort in the lower limbs
