1. BMI between optimum range 18.5-24.5 kg/m2.
2. Players who perform 4 -5 weekly soccer sessions & are doing regular fitness training.
3. Players with hamstring to quadriceps ratio (H:Q) within normative range using 1-RM test.
4. Subjects who play soccer from at least past 2 years.
1. History of muscle injury at the posterior thigh within six months before the start of the study.
2. Any major injury that may influence the effect of training program.
3. Absence from regular training due to any reason from 3 months.
