Playing badminton for more than 1 year were selected
Players who play badminton for 4 days per week
Not involved in any formal plyometric or nordic Training program.
Participation in any formal agility training and balance training program
Having lower limb fracture in the last six months
Any chronic ligament sprain or muscle injury.
Trauma to lower limb and any neurological disorder having balance impairment
Not willing to participate in the study outcome parameter
Who had low back pain during recent months
