Be a competitor of regular competitive rhythmic gymnastics training for at least two years;participate in gymnastics training at least 3x a week; be between the ages of 13 and 15; be willing to participate in all tests and training sessions; not injury or illness that prevents the physical proposed exercise described in this document
Failure to attend any of the proposed tests; failure to attend 25% or more of the training sessions; suffer any type of injury that prevents participation in the proposed tests or continuation of the training sessions

Name Time Method Increases in peak torque values, after 12 weeks, were verified by means of the maximum voluntary isometric contraction with p <0.05 in the pre and post intervention measurement;Improvement in muscle activation and level components during the enjambeé jump, verified by surface electromyography, with p <0.05 in the pre- and post-intervention measurements;Improvement in the performance (height and shape) of the jump Sink, verified through kinematics.
