Inclusion Criteria
1.Male
2.Beginner participants(who have been joined swimming from last 1 week to 1 month)
3.Age : 18 to 25
4.Normal BMI(18.5-24.9 kg/m2)
5.Participants who are willing to be part of study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Participants with age group of below 18 or above 25 years.
2.Any pain, inflammation, acute/ sub acute sprain or strain
3.Any joint instability
4.Any muscle contractures or deformity.
