Inclusion Criteria
Age:18-25 years
Gender:Male
Normal BMI(18.5-24.9kg/m2)
Participants who are willing to be part of study.
Non-elite football players
Exclusion Criteria
Recent injury of lower limb
Lower extremity deformities
Any meniscus or ligamentous injury
Any arthritic changes for knee
Participants with recent fracture or dislocation
Participants with any neurological and psychological problems

Name Time Method Star Excursion Balance Test <br/ ><br>Timepoint: These all outcomes measures assess at baseline before starting of plyometrics balance training program and After complete 8 weeks of balance training again re-assess outcomes.
