Unilateral surgical femoral nerve block procedures under general anesthesia
-American Society of Anesthesiologist classification I-III patients
-Age>18years
-American society of anesthesiologist classification IV or V patients
-Age<18years - pregnancy -coagulopathy -unstable coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrythmia, cardiomyopathy -Known cerebrovascular disease -generalized infection, infection at skin femoral nerve block -chronic pain disorder -severe pulmonary neurologic deficits, neuropathy affecting limb -refusal -local anesthetics allery psychiatric>
