- •Having informed consent
- •Children aged 2 to 16 years
- •ASA class 1 or 2
- •candidates for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy
排除标准
- •Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study
- •Emergency endoscopy
- •Contraindications for prescribing ketamine (history of neurological and psychiatric diseases, history of brain space-occupying lesions, heart rhythm disorders)
