1) Patients with ankle fractures
(2) Patients who are expected to be able to follow up for more than 2 years
(3) Patient who finished 18 years old or older
(4) Patients who agreed to the agreement
(1) patients with other fractures in the unilateral lower extremities such as distal tibia, talus, calcaneus
(2) patients with a history of unilateral lower limb past fractures and ligament injuries
(3) Patients with soft tissue damage, such as open fractures and infections
(4) patients with arthritis of grade 2 or higher
(5) Patients who are not over 17 years old
