1)Security guards of both genders
between age of 30-50 years,
who had experience of 1 years or more with working of 8 hours per day
2)Pain due to Myofascial trigger points in calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus )
1)history of trauma to lower limb , any diagnosed case of local and systemic infection, malignancy, any history of neurological disorders, orthopedic disorder or fracture, psychological disorder and involvement in any form of active sport.
2)Open wound around lower limb.
