Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosis of advanced cancer (defined as metastatic disease or recurrence or progressive disease) and receiving palliative care.
2. 18 years and above
3. Able to read and comprehend Malayalam language.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction (psychiatric illness, neurological disorders)
precluding administration of tool
2. Patient deemed unwell as per the investigatorâ??s clinical assessment, defined as instability in vital signs requiring hospitalization and/or ICU care.
