Exclusion Criteria
- •Non consenting patients,
- •Pregnant patients,
- •Those with ejection fraction \<25%,
- •Moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation,
- •Contraindication to transesophageal echocardiography,
- •Interrupted inferior venecava
