Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All consenting patients undergoing cardiac surgery on CPB

Exclusion Criteria

  • Non consenting patients,
  • Pregnant patients,
  • Those with ejection fraction \<25%,
  • Moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation,
  • Contraindication to transesophageal echocardiography,
  • Interrupted inferior venecava
