Inclusion Criteria

  • •All consenting patients undergoing cardiac surgery on CPB

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Non consenting patients,
  • •Pregnant patients,
  • •Those with ejection fraction \<25%,
  • •Moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation,
  • •Contraindication to transesophageal echocardiography,
  • •Interrupted inferior venecava
