Inclusion Criteria
ASA Physical status â??Ð?Ð?
Singleton term pregnancy
Caesarean delivery
Weight 40-100kg
Height 135-180cm
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease
Renal impairment
Allergy to dexamethasone dexmedetomidine or bupivacaine
Eclampsia
Severe liver disorders
Novel corona virus positive
Known history of substance abuse or alcohol abuse
Initial core temperature of >38.0°C or <35.0 °C
Blood transfusion during surgery
Hypo or Hyperthyroidism
Convulsion or psychiatric disorders
