Inclusion Criteria

sufficient German language skills
- willingness to work on relevant behavior patterns during intensive psychotherapy
- written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1) acute suicidality requiring safe ward inpatient treatment
2) known life time diagnosis of organic, including symptomatic psychiatric disorder
3) known life time diagnosis of major psychotic disorder
4) known acute substance use disorder (alcohol, cannabis, sedative, cocaine hallucinogen) requiring detoxification
5) known life time diagnosis of bipolar disorder (type I)
6) known diagnosis of a somatic disorder requiring and inpatient treatment in a somatic hospital

Primary Outcome Measures

Health related life satisfaction measured by self-rating questionnaire Short-Form-Health-Survey-12 (SF-12) particularly subscale mental health during inpatient or day clinic treatment and in the follow-up phase over 40 weeks (T0-T11).

Additional questionnaires assessing general anxiety using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), somatic symptoms using the Somatic Symptoms Disorder – B Criteria Scale-12, symptoms of eating disorder using the eating disorder examination questionnaire-8 (EDE-Q8) and depressiv symptoms using the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) at (T0), T2, T4, T6, T8-11.<br>T4 includes a questionnaire asking for the satisfaction with the treatment (Client Satisfaction Questionnaire, CSQ-8).
