入排标准
入选标准
- •1\. \> 40 years of age
- •2\. Both males and females.
- •3\. First\-ever clinical presentation of stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic)
- •4\. Independent ambulation with or without walking aids for over 10
- •5\. Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) \>\= 3
- •6\. Subjects with intact vision and hearing.
- •7\. Sufficient cognition to participate in the training as assessed by
- •Mini\-Mental State Examination (MMSE) (score of 20 or higher)
排除标准
- •1\. Medically unstable conditions that could influence fatigue and gait
- •training (e.g., angina, MI, CABG or other cardiac surgery in
- •previous 6 months, frequent use of inhalers.)
- •2\. Orthopedic conditions with weight\-bearing pain
- •3\. Unable to communicate, precluding them from participation
- •4\. Unilateral spatial neglect
- •5\. Ataxic movement
