1.Male/ Female of Age > 18 years,
2.MRI diagnosed cases of PIVD L4-L5, L5-S1 presenting with lumbosacral radiculopathy of duration more than three months
and not responding to conservative treatment,
3.Patients refusing or not fit for surgery.
4.Blood sugars and inflammatory markers in the normal range.
1.PIVD with neurological deficits.
2.Previous lumbar surgery.
3.Spinal structural abnormalities.
4.Patients with coagulopathy/Patients on anticoagulants.
5.Any acute or chronic uncontrolled medical illness and psychiatric disorders which might interfere with assessment of the patient.
6.Patients with history of possible adverse reaction to steroid/local anesthetic agents.
7.Pregnancy.
8.Infection at the injection site.
9.Patients with history of allergy to contrast dye.
