Patients who are having six or more following signs and symptoms
1.Chhardi (Vomiting)
2.Amlodgar (Flatulence)
3.Hrullas (nausea)
4.Hruda-kantha daha (Burning sensation in chest-throat)
5.Udardaha (Burning sensation in the stomach)
6.Shirashool (headache)
7.Hastapada daha (Burning sensation in foot and hands)
8.Aruchi (Loss of appetite)
9.Mandalotpatti (urticarial rash)
1.The known case of Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, Stomach cancer, cancer of esophagus, esophageal varices, hematemesis.
2.Patients with long term use of steroids and pain killers.
3.Sever malnourished patients.
4.Pregnant and lactating women
