Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • The patients range from 18 to 70 years,with chronic kidney diseases(CKD 5\),eGFR\<15ml/(min·1\.73 m2\) in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,who volunteered to receive peritoneal dialysis.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Uncontrolled acute complications including:acute left heart failure、severe electrolyte imbalance and acid\-base imbalance、gastrointestinal bleeding etc;serious infection;Uncontrolled hypertension(SBP\>180mmHg,DBP\>100mmHg);severe anemia;severe cirrhosis;allergic to anesthetic;coagulation disorders;previous abdominal surgery history;always get paregoric;pregnancy or suckling;mental disorder
