Inclusion Criteria

ACS diagnosis confirmed by a specialist
First hospitalization due to ACS attack
Lack of communication and cognitive problems (with self-comment and contents of the patient file)
No vision problems and color blindness
Having the power to understand Persian language
Literacy and not having a history of attending training classes on the same subject
Age 20 to 60 years

Exclusion Criteria

People with certain dietary restrictions
Readmission during the study
Death or unwillingness to continue participating in research
