Inclusion Criteria

1. A minimum age of 20 years old
2. Undergoing Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) at Thammasat University hospital

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant patients
2. Unstable vital signs
3. Contraindicated for Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
4. Allergy to contrast media used in Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
5. Previous ERCP with sphincterotomy
6. CA head of pancreas, Ampullary cancer, and CA 2nd part of duodenum
