Age at least 25 years old
- BMI 20-35
- ABI at least 0.9 and is measured within three months time
- Has venous leg ulcer at least 1 ulcer with size at diameter at least 1 cm.
- Are able to walk independently
- Are able and willing to tolerate lower-limb compression
- Status bedridden
- Paralysis of both legs, motor power grade III at least
- Are not willing to tolerate exercise
- Are unable or not willing to tolerate lower limb compression and exercise
- Has underlying disease including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, vasculitis ulcer and malignant ulcer, lymphadema
- Requires major surgery
