入选标准
- •Adult patients of ASA physical status I /II scheduled to undergo elective Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation will be included in the study
排除标准
- •-ASA grade III or more
- •-Patients with anticipated difficult airway, those requiring more than one attempt or more than 20 sec for laryngoscopy
- •-BMI >30 kg m 2
- •-Known allergy to melatonin
