Inclusion Criteria
1- All patients aged above 18
2- Patients with Diagnosed Breast cancer.
3- Patients who achieved complete pathological response after neoadjuvant Chemotherapy.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who got operated outside Aga Khan University Hospital
2. Patients whose specimen histopathology was reported from elsewhere.
3. Patients with incomplete medical records
