Inclusion Criteria
1 Age Group 40 to 50 years
2 Mild to Moderate Anxiety according to Hamilton Anxiety Scale
3 No History of any major illness for last 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers meeting inclusion criteria but having history of
1 Cardiovascular disease
2 Hypertension
3 Osteoarthritis or any other joint deformity
4 Have undergone any surgery recently
5 Undergoing hormonal therapy or any other treatment or exercise for perimenopausal symptoms
6 Obese volunteers BMI more than 30
