Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •severe aortic stenosis
  • •\- elective minimal invasive OP (MIC LAT S technique)
  • •\- normal preoperative EF (\>\=50%)
  • •\- normal sinus rhythm
  • •\- written informed consent to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- rhythm other than sinus at T1 or T2
  • •\- hemodynamically relevant aortic insufficiency
  • •\- hemodynamically relevant mitral stenosis or insufficiency
  • •\- anatomically bicuspid aortic valve
  • •\- redo surgery
