- •severe aortic stenosis
- •- elective minimal invasive OP (MIC LAT S technique)
- •- normal preoperative EF (>=50%)
- •- normal sinus rhythm
- •- written informed consent to participate
排除标准
- •- rhythm other than sinus at T1 or T2
- •- hemodynamically relevant aortic insufficiency
- •- hemodynamically relevant mitral stenosis or insufficiency
- •- anatomically bicuspid aortic valve
- •- redo surgery
