入选标准
- •1. Written consent (either patient or legal guardian)
- •2. Age =18 years
- •3. Clinical indication for echocardiography
- •4. Surgical intervention with an indication for advanced hemodynamic monitoring using TEE under endotracheal intubation/tracheostomy or ventilated intensive care patients who are being treated in intensive care units and mechanically ventilated for another indication, without prior surgery
排除标准
- •- Pregnant and breastfeeding women
- •- Contraindication to performing a TEE
- •- Participation in another prospective intervention study while participating in this study
- •- Exclusion of participation in the study in a living will or power of attorney
- •- Accommodation by court or official order
- •- Consent of legal guardian cannot be obtained promptly
