To compare whether local anesthesia drug injection is better than putting patient to deep sleep by giving medicines in the blood intravenously, in order to perform minor gynecological surgeries with respect to pain, patient satisfaction and how early a patient may be discharge back home.

Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 and 2.
non obese women with BMI less than 30
Exclusion Criteria
1. known or anticipated difficult airway.
2. known allergy to drugs
3. patients with anticipated coagulopathies.
4. ASA grade 3 or above

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Pain using VNRS <br/ ><br>2. Modified PADS score <br/ ><br>3. Overall satisfaction score <br/ ><br>shall be compared between the two group of patients.Timepoint: Pain score will be noted immediately after shifting to post operative recovery, and every 10 minutes thereafter. <br/ ><br>Modified PADS score will be noted after one hour of procedure and every ten minutes thereafter till patient is discharge ready. <br/ ><br>Overall satisfaction score shall be noted once patient is discharge ready, fully alert with a clear mentation.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
