1. To assess prevalence of cardiovascular risk factor and metabolic syndrome using clinical and laboratory investigations <br/ ><br>2. To assess subclinical atherosclerosis by Carotid Intima-Media thickness (CIMT) and Epicardial Fat Thickness (EFF) using B-mode ultrasound and 2D ECHO respectively. <br/ ><br>3. To correlate cardiovascular risk factors with the duration and severity of psoriasis. <br/ ><br>4. To assess prevalence of subclinical atherosclerosis in the patients with no known risk factors.Timepoint: Baseline
