- •Women with known coagulopathy
- •Study drug hypersensitivity
- •Oligohydromnios or polyhydromnios
- •Cardiac disease (including dysrhythmia)
- •Hyper tension
- •Liver, renal or endocrine disease (except gestational diabetes)
- •Uterine fibroids or suspicion of placental pathology (accreta, previa or abruptio)
