入选标准
- •Uncomplicated Term Pregnant Women with singleton pregnancy scheduled for elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Pregnant Women with American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status III and above.
- •Women having conditions with increased risk of uterine atony and PPH such as, pre eclampsia, eclampsia, multiple gestation, placenta previa, uterine fibroids and previous history of uterine atony and PPH.
- •Females with a history of bleeding diasthesis or thromboembolic diseases.
- •Women who are a known case of chronic medical diseases(renal, hepatic or cardiovascular diseases)
