Inclusion Criteria
Age 18-60 yrs age
No other spinal disorders or canal stenosis
No previous lumbar spinal surgery
Normal BMD
Exclusion Criteria
Age < 18 yrs/ > 60 yrs
More than one level dermatomal involvement
More than one level symptomatic disc herniation
Any other concomitant spinal disorder
