Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) symptomatic OA; (2\) OA grade II to IV according to the Kellgren\-Lawrence classification; (3\) patients being able to understand the nature of treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) chronic or acute inflammatory diseases; (2\) neoplastic disease; (3\) pregnancy; (4\) any blood abnormalities; (5\) immunodeficiency; (6\) severe peripheral neuropathy, vascular diseases, or presence of peripheral ulcers; (7\) other omitted criteria which may have influenced the results of the present investigation.
