Inclusion Criteria
Volunteers who work in primary care nursing; have worked at the institution for at least six months; agree to use the floral formula as indicated
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers diagnosed with or undergoing drug treatment for psychiatric illnesses; alcoholism self-report; being on vacation during the data collection period; use other integrative and complementary therapies during the research; have used Floral Therapy for less than six months ago

Name Time Method It is expected to find a reduction in stress levels by the Perceived Stress Scale in the pre- and post-intervention measurements, based on the finding of a relative reduction of at least 10% in the effect size measured by the Cohen’s d
