Exclusion Criteria

Students using complementary practice (acupuncture, auriculotherapy, reiki, among others), herbal medicine, antidepressive or anxiolytic drugs

Primary Outcome Measures

Presentation of the expected outcome: it is expected to find a stress reduction measured by the Baccaro Test and the Perceived Stress Scale (EEP), observing a variation of at least 20% in the pre and post intervention measurements.
