Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with septic encephalopathy admitted in intensive care unit.
  • •age more than 18 years either gender.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refuse to consent.
  • •Patient those are not a documented case of sepsis.
  • •Patient who cannot communicate.
  • •Patient having history of neurological illness.
  • •Patient having any history of neurological trauma.
  • •Patient having any history of Psychiatric illness.
  • •Patients having cerebrovascular disease.
  • •Patient with alcohol dependance.
