Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with septic encephalopathy admitted in intensive care unit.
- •age more than 18 years either gender.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refuse to consent.
- •Patient those are not a documented case of sepsis.
- •Patient who cannot communicate.
- •Patient having history of neurological illness.
- •Patient having any history of neurological trauma.
- •Patient having any history of Psychiatric illness.
- •Patients having cerebrovascular disease.
- •Patient with alcohol dependance.
