Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients admitted to the medicine ward, nephrology ward, cardiology ward, neurology ward, dermatology ward, a psychiatric ward at the Kasturba Hospital, Manipal and Medicine Ward, Dr. T. M. A. Pai Hospital, Udupi
  • •Patients with ADR occurrence only after getting hospitalized

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Age \< 60 years old
  • •Patients admitted to surgical wards
  • •Patients admitted to hospital through either accident or emergency case
  • •Patients admitted due to ADRs
