Inclusion Criteria
Have a medical diagnosis of chronic low back pain of mechanical origin. women. not performing any other type of exercise treatment. local pain in the lumbar region. be lucid and able to communicate verbally
Exclusion Criteria
Low back pain radiating to the lower limbs. non-literacy. presence of another condition in the musculoskeletal and/or neurological system. congenital spinal alteration or recent vertebral fracture

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate women with chronic low back pain in order to find the decrease or cessation of low back pain as an outcome through the exercise method that was proposed for 5 weeks with a frequency of three times a week. We will use the Visual Analog Scale and the Oswestry Questionnaire, section 1, to verify that the outcome actually occurred.
