Inclusion Criteria
1. upper and lower extremity acute fracture surgeries distal to and including and elbow/patella
2. Patients aged 18-65years
3. Patients giving consent for the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with Sepsis
2.Patients with history of malignant primary or metastatic tumors
3.Open fractures
4.Fracture due to pathological bone lesion at local site
5.Patients with pre existing skin conditions- eczema, psoriasis, allergy to adhesive drape
6.Patient not consenting for the study
