Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Target population are divided into 4 groups
- •1\.Myopia with POAG
- •2\.Emmetropia with POAG
- •3\. Myopia without glaucoma
- •4\. Emmetropia without glaucoma
- •Inclusion Criteria for all groups
- •Age \> 40 years
- •Inclusion criteria
- •\- IOP ≥ 21 mmHg
- •\- Open angle on gonioscopic examination
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion Criteria for all groups
- •\- Patients with history of any other ocular pathology (except for cataract, posterior vitreous detachment, dry eye without keratitis)
- •\- Patients with any corneal pathology
- •\- Patients with history of corneal surgery e.g. pterygium excision, refractive surgery
- •\- Patients with history of cataract surgery e.g. Phacoemulsification, Extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE), Intracapsular cataract extraction (ICCE)
- •\- Pregnancy
- •\- Patients with underlying connective tissue disease
- •\- Patients who unable to give consent
- •\- Patients who unable to perform the test
- •Exclusion criteria
