1.Subjects of age 65 to 75 years diagnosed with diabetes more than 10 years
2.HbA1C- 7, RBS 150mg/dL-200mg/dL
3.Ability to walk atleast 400meters independently or with a cane.
4.Adequate hearing and vision to perform computer game activities.
5.MMSE scores of more than 20.
6.BBS score range between 45 to 53 at baseline.
1.Any medical condition which include cardiopulmonary(uncontrolled hypertension, includes patients of advanced heart failure - either symptomatic or LV ejection fraction below 30%,) ,musculoskeletal(severe arthritis or recent fractures),neurological impairments(stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson disease vestibular, fainting or dizzy spells) limiting participants to walk on treadmill or participate in gait based exercises.
2.Medical history that contains current treatment for cancer, kidney disease, a recent fracture, seizure disorder, vestibular dysfunctions, that are contraindicated for exercises
3.Patients of COPD, Asthma, abnormal thyroid status (either untreated or uncontrolled) and morbid obesity (BMI above 35 kg/m2)
4.Subjects with ulcers on the foot or cellulitis in the lower limbs.
5.Uncontrolled diabetes with HbA1c value above 7 RBS below 120 or above 250 mg/dL.
