入选标准
- •Children of age 6 months to 5 years admitted as a case of severe pneumonia in JIPMER with having clinical improvements ( afebrile > 24 hours, hemodynamic stability, progressively reducing WBC count, ESR) after therapy for 2 days.
排除标准
- •1)Children with complications of pneumonia like empyema, necrotizing
- •pneumonia, extrapulmonary infection such as meningitis, arthritis, pericarditis.
- •2)Immunocompromised children
- •3)Intensive care unit admission at the time of first evaluation
