- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The effect of Deep Brain Stimulation of the nucleus ventralis intermedius on motor control of the lanynx in patients with essential tremor. We measure and analyse vocal fold vibrations by means of Electroglottography in both stimulation-ON and stimulation-OFF conditions.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The effect of Deep Brain Stimulation of the nucleus ventralis intermedius on tremor in patients with essential tremor. We measure and analyse tremor by means of the Tremor Rating Scale in both stimulation-ON and stimulation-OFF conditions.
